Art Evaluation.

We were asked to research a subject that changed over the course of time, I chose cars. I chose cars because i found them interesting and they've changed in many different ways for many different reasons.
Such as, cars have gotten faster therefor bigger engines because people have been busier and wanting to get to places quicker.
I did a drawing in soft pastels, Mrs. Clifford wanted us to use that because she wanted us to be more confident in using other materials.
I used it quite strongly and tried not to smudge it to make it have an effect. I used white on the car to show the highlights and to show the tone of the object. I shaded around the car and the objects in the picture to make the car stand out. I enjoyed this topic because i got to create a project and do something practical, also I can become more confident by working in different media.
